華福會的長者服務計劃宗旨是為華人社區的長者提供健康，社會福利服務的幫助，以及安排社區活動以減少長者們的孤獨感，幫助他們能融入本地社區。

The stated aims and objectives of the project are:

• To promote health and well-being of older Chinese people through activities aimed at addressing isolation and loneliness.
• To provide support in accessing health and social services and welfare benefits.
• To provide information and guidance to service providers on the provision of culturally appropriate services to meet the needs of Chinese older people.
